This year-round licensed family medicine clinic, located in Grand County at an altitude of 9,110 feet, is at the base of the Winter Park Ski Area. During the winter and summer months, the clinic is open seven days a week. In the spring and fall of the year, it is open four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Hours vary seasonally, but generally the clinic is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Approximately 5,000 patients are treated annually. The St. Anthony Hospitals Flight For Life helicopter serves 7 Mile Medical Clinic for severely injured or ill patients who may need immediate transport to a Denver hospital.

The clinic has a staff of 10 to 14 medical professionals whose schedules vary seasonally.
